Company History
RB Floor Restoration, short for Raymond Bassett Floor Restoration, was founded in 2012 after many years working in the floor care and restoration trade. Raymond Bassett started the business after building up a strong reputation for careful, reliable floor work.
The company began in Birmingham and the West Midlands, before also expanding its services across Devon. The aim has always been the same: restore floors properly, give honest advice, and leave customers with a finish that is practical as well as good to look at.
Our Team
Our team is used to working with a wide range of floor types, including wooden floors, stone, tiles, grout and commercial hard floors. Each job is looked at on its own merits, because two floors can need very different treatment even when they look similar at first glance.
We use professional equipment, suitable products and a straightforward approach. If a floor can be restored, we will explain the process. If expectations need to be managed, we will be clear about that before the work starts.
Service Areas
RB Floor Restoration covers Birmingham, Devon and the surrounding areas. This includes homes, rented properties, shops, offices, commercial premises and managed buildings that need floor sanding, cleaning, polishing, sealing or restoration.
Devon areas include Plymouth, Exeter, Totnes, Brixham, Barnstaple, Appledore, Bideford, Ashburton and Kingsbridge. Birmingham work is also still carried out where suitable.
Insurance & Cover
We are fully insured for floor restoration work and can provide evidence of cover when required. That gives customers added peace of mind, especially on commercial work, managed buildings and larger restoration projects.
